The robotic palletizer is based on a robotic arm and is designed for stacking cases, boxes on pallets. The machine is multifunctional, which also allows it to be used for product depalletizing operations. The robotic palletizer has a wide range of applications. It is the missing link in the production process in many plants which use innovative technology. The design developed by our engineers ensures that the solution is productive and cost-efficient. The palletizer can be adapted to the demanding pallet layouts of high-performance production lines. Intuitive software ensures quick integration into production and easy use. The design can be expanded with an empty pallet magazine or a system for applying cardboard spacers between layers. The system provides high capacity and supports multiple palletizing slots simultaneously, fitting even the most demanding production facilities.

The highlight of the solution is the vacuum, mechanical or hybrid gripper, individually selected for each type of case, box, which allows both the carton and the bag to be picked. This innovative solution ensures precise palletizing of the master packs. With a high capacity (dependent on carton size, weight and layout on the pallet), the palletizer optimizes the production process, reducing palletization time.
